Nundah Neighbourhood Centre Program

The Nundah Neighbourhood Program offers a wide range of services and programs that can be accessed by anyone in the Nundah and surrounding north side community.

Please note: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all services may not be able to be currently available. We advise you to contact us via email or phone or visit our Facebook page for up to date information before visiting our centre in person.

Our Programs

Food relief program

Our food relief program is fully reliant on donations by the community, local businesses and other sources. We aim to hold a weekly community lunch, prepared by our volunteers, for all to enjoy and when possible, we provide donated food to our community.

Referral and Support services

We offer referral information on a wide variety of services including:

  • Housing support
  • Health and Disability support
  • Family services
  • Legal and counselling services
  • Emergency relief

Our centres also offer phone and computer access for people to source their own information and self-refer to services that best meet their needs.

Social Support Activities

Our social activities are a great way for people to get together, learn a new skill or contribute to a project that benefits the wider community. Some of our groups include:

  • 5 years and under playgroup
  • English as Second Language Classes
  • Community Garden
  • Sewing Group

Community Events

We host and partner with several events throughout the year which aim to be inclusive and celebrate our diverse community. Such events and festivals include:

  • Nundah Festival
  • Multicultural events
  • Volunteer week
  • Orange the World

Our Centre is located in the heart of Nundah, close to Nundah train station and other public transport options. We also have full disability access on site. We frequently update our Facebook page with news and information related to the centre and our community.
